Membership from abroad

Please download the format from our Website,(http://www.rirc.or.jp/genbo.html)make an entry within the bold frame, send us by FAX or mail. At the same time, please send a copy of your identification card (with your photo).

For the membership from abroad, we need an admission fee (3,000yen) and an annual membership fee (general3,000yen, student2,000yen). We can receive these payments by "International money order". Please share a charge of a remittance. Make an entry in "International money order", "BENEFICIARY" and "BENEFICIARY'S ADDRESS/PHONE". When we receive your format, a copy of identification card, and "International money order", we send your membership card to you.

It is possible to pay by dollar and to pay 2years or 3years fee at a time.
